Bellini cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 30 g Prosecco
  • 125 g white pulp peaches
Preparation:
After washing the peaches, cut them into wedges without removing the peel.

Place the peaches in the blender and blend until a puree is obtained.

Strain the resulting puree. 

Add the prosecco and peach puree, stir and serve.
