Hand-folded, rich in eggs and butter. Biscuits with a characteristic 'S' shape inspired by the Grand Canal, they are typical of the island of Burano but very popular throughout the Venetian territory. They share the same dough as the Bussolà and are known as the most famous of the Venetian tradition and the most loved all over the world.
