Giardiniera di Morgan

Una giardiniera lavorata completamente a mano. Puoi usarla con tutto! Ingredienti: Carote, peperoni rossi gialli e verdi, cavolfiori e finocchi (quantità variabili) con aceto, acqua, zucchero e aromi naturali. Per conservarla riponila in un luogo fresco e lontano da fonti di luce. Prodotto pastorizzato. DESCRIZIONE EMOZIONALE, PERCHè LA VENDIAMO? Ogni volta che la mangio mi ricorda mia nonna che me la faceva e mi riporta all'infanzia. Da una semplice giardiniera in agrodolce, nasce subito un gran successo! Nel 2012 viene creato un laboratorio dedicato alla preparazione della giardiniera di verdure, dove vengono interpretati i prodotti tipici di stagione e dove prendono vita le specialità in vetro di Morgan e della sua famiglia, con lo stesso approccio gastronomico di allora, senza compromessi e cercando la massima qualità.
